Today, I finally got approved for a Payment Process company called Stripe It took a couple of months to set this up and now it's got a basic functionality currently Stripe, Inc is an Irish-American multinational financial services and software as a service (SaaS) company, primarily focusing on payment processing software and application programming interfaces (APIs) for e-commerce websites and mobile applications It's funny to see that this is an Irish-American owned business in the description, because I have an Irish, Scottish, and Welsh background as well; with some other stuff mixed in! Ancestry is interesting as well, but that's another story! I had about 4 or 5 emails or tasks to confirm I wasn't doing anything against their policies and I was sort of getting nervous because I am not running any type of fundraising operations but they were worried it was Finally, the account got approved and I charged 1$ through a credit card to my account! What a great feeling that was! It was like seeing a two to three month operation pay off! I lost 33 cents on the deal due to fees and other charges that I haven't checked on yet, I just don't know how to refund myself yet I remember when I was about 15 and put up my first website.

It was the time that Ebay was just getting off the ground and PayPal had not yet been made I was selling video tapes of cartoons from foreign countries on my website We would trade video tapes to get our collections growing and eventually I had a complete series of a certain cartoon and I sold it a couple of times on ebay for 400$ for the whole series! Once the bidder one, they sent a money order and I would bring it to the bank and get the money and then ship the tapes PayPal came out and then I got caught for copyright material! So I had to shut the operation down Those days were like the wild west of the internet age! This is kind of making me get memories of those days! Like I said, I don't want to become a slave to a computer but maybe this knowledge can be useful Then again, it seems like the whole world it's going to war and right now it looks like it's straight out of the book of Revelations! So, I guess I will keep pushing forward but, money is most definitely not the most important thing! Right now, is keeping the Ten Commandments! I would like to thank Stripe for approving me for using their product! For anyone that wants to do stuff like this, just set a goal and slowly put one foot in front of the other and stay focused and don't quit I wish I had a mindset like that when I was younger, so I write it here for some young person to read and maybe change one life at least.
